Searching craigslist was a headache. Going to craigslist and clicking on each city and then goto internet engineers category and go back and goto software/qa/dba category was real pain. Its like reducing the number of taps. I just made it easier to see the jobs listed on craigslist. Some manual work was involved, soon planning to automate that too :) Didn't take much time either.
